We found Phil’s presentation about VAT for Colleges really useful and he managed to make a very dry subject remarkably interesting!  The session was interactive with good examples/case studies and he gave us some handy hints about ‘charitable’ VAT exemptions for the education sector.  It was a worthwhile event.
